Keeping Tabs on Cafeteria Tabs

Does it seem like your child’s cafeteria money is running out more quickly than you expected? Some kids might be taking advantage of their new ability to “put it on my tab” at the school cafeteria.  You can monitor your balance through the district website.

You must use Internet Explorer.
(Mozilla Firefox will not work.)

  • CLICK HERE FOR THE LOGIN SCREEN (If you’ve never logged onto the system you will need to click on “New Parent Signup” for access)
  • Once you log on you will see a purple and white screen.
  • Choose “general maintenance” in the last column.
  • Choose “internet participants.”
  • Select your child’s name from the list.
  • The next screen will show you the current balance and allow you to control your child’s ability to purchase “a la carte” items separate from their daily lunch.

Some parents can look at the date ranges and actually see their child’s purchase history, but some of our testers were not able to accomplish this step. You can always contact the district for help.
